Operational and Financial Review
This review is internally focused, assessing organizational structure, financial performance, product and service lines, and business processes.

Marketing and Strategic Review
This review focuses on external factors. We focus on corporate strategy, particularly in regard to the company's revenue generating abilities. We assess marketing strategy, advertising, and promotional effectiveness and sales force performance and incentives.

Process Improvements and Cost Reduction Initiatives
This stage is a compilation of the results of our reviews and ends with a list of recommended actions. These could be as simple as minor cost reduction items or could be as extensive as a complete reorganization.

Target Setting Meeting
The target setting meeting is a half- or full-day meeting where we help clients implement the changes to their organization. Action items and deliverables are assigned to your management team and a schedule for implementation is completed.

Project Tracking
We meet with clients on a monthly basis for the next year to track progress and make any needed changes to the plan.
