Michigan Minimum Wage Law posters are required by law to be posted in the work place if an employer is not covered by the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended (FLSA), or federal minimum wage provisions would result in a lower minimum wage than provided in the Michigan Minimum Wage Law.
